At their upcoming sale in Monterey, RMSotheby’s will offer this 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB chassis 07093.
What’s special about this car is its low milage: just 49,000 kilometers or 30,500 miles.
Original condition of the car reflects its low mileage use.
Recent owner Jack Boxstrom had the car dismantled for repaint and during the process found a “never-apart engine” and “never-damaged body structure”. He added the “Roelof” driveshaft kit and 275 GTB/C competition-style wheels.
Finsihed in Grigio Argento with Pelle Rossa interior, 07093 was then shown at the 2006 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance and driven in the 2009 Colorado Grand.
RM describe the oppurtunity: “The acquisition of 275 GTB number 07093, an original, matching-numbers, and fully restored example with unbroken history, all books and tools, and Ferrari Classiche certification, will surely net an astute buyer one of the finest examples currently extant.”
07093 will be sold at RMSotheby’s Monterey sale on Friday, August 19 with an estimate of $2,000,000 – $2,400,000 USD. More info can be found on their website: https://www.rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/MO16/Monterey/lots/r152-1965-ferrari-275-gtb-by-scaglietti/363435
